Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AgentiCRM (“LoopBroker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at loopbroker.agenticrmai.app.
By creating an account, connecting a third-party integration (such as Google), or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Name, email address, and password (or SSO identifier) when you register for an account.
- Billing details processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) to manage subscriptions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
1.2 Information from Third-Party Sign-In & Integrations
When you choose to connect a third-party account (Google, GitHub, DigitalOcean, or a Google Ads account) via OAuth, we request only the minimum scopes required to provide the feature you enable, and we store the resulting access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest) so the Service can act on your behalf. Depending on which integration you connect, this may include:
| Integration | Data Accessed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Sign-In | Basic profile (name, email, profile photo) | Authenticate you and create/link your account |
| Google Ads | Google Ads account (Customer) ID, campaign, ad group, keyword, budget, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) | Create, manage, monitor, and report on advertising campaigns you explicitly request us to manage on your behalf |
| GitHub | Basic profile and repository metadata you authorize | Developer tooling and automation features |
| DigitalOcean | Account and infrastructure metadata you authorize | Infrastructure automation features you enable |
1.3 Usage & Technical Data
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (see Section 6).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including creating and managing advertising campaigns you request through connected accounts.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations (e.g. cloud hosting, database, payment processing, and email delivery providers).
- The relevant third-party platform itself (e.g. Google Ads, GitHub, DigitalOcean) when carrying out actions you explicitly requested, such as creating or updating a campaign.
- Legal compliance, if required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to your information.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and integration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you disconnect a third-party integration (e.g. Google Ads), we delete the associated access and refresh tokens promptly and stop syncing new data. You may request full account deletion at any time (see Section 8).
5. Data Security
OAuth tokens, API credentials, and other sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the Service itself.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: You can review and update your account information at any time from your dashboard settings.
- Disconnecting integrations: You can revoke access to any connected third-party account at any time, either from within the Service or directly from that provider's security settings (e.g. Google's Third-Party Access page).
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below.
- Residents of the EEA/UK/California and other jurisdictions with data protection laws may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure may be located in a different country than you. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
